At KARMAVO, every product is thoughtfully created with care and intention. We want you to have a peaceful and positive experience with every order.

Returns

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement product
    OR

  • A refund/store credit (depending on the situation)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
